But I: It's been 1.5 years since I bought the phone.It's not written anywhere, I: got 2 updates.
❓But according to law I have to give minimum 3 updates.
iPhone or Apple phone is better than this.
I'll go to Apple Phone. All my family members use Samsung s series: Then everyone will change.

the phone was launched in march 2019 so it's been more than 3 years. update policy doesn't work based on when you buy the device, it is based on when the mobile was released.

the Galaxy S10e, Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10+, and Galaxy S10 5G, will not be updated to Android 13. The four devices launched running Android 9 Pie, which means Android 12 is going to be the last major OS update for them, as they are only promised three such updates.
