I have been using Samsung for last 8 yrs and in these 8 yrs once I shifted to some other brand but I realized I made a huge mistake....
And again moved back to Samsung within 3 months....

Wanted to share one experience in the initial years when I thought of shifting the brand. I compared the phone features with the Samsung phone it was more or less same however the cost was 25% less than Samsung. Falling in that trap I purchased the phone and within a month I started facing problem. Despite of several follow ups and escalations no body reverted me back...and I switched to Samsung. Later once I had problem with Samsung phone, without much effort I got my problem resolved. Then I realized the difference.
Thank you once again Samsung now my entire family uses only Samsung phone.
