Samsung cloud

Hey friends, I'm trying to sync all my pictures because I might buy a new phone soon. My samsung cloud won't connect to windows it says this account is already connected to another windows account ..I'm so confused, how do I check which windows account could it be connected , please help going forward.

Hi, just trying to understand what your dealing with here. Could you perhaps drop a screenshot of the message you're getting ?
Are you trying to back up your photos on your computer or on the cloud ?

I first went cloud ..then I tried to sync my gallery

Ok let's try this ,

Go settings, search samsung account, open that. Scroll to the bottom, click linked accounts, select Microsoft account, click unlink. Approve that, then go back to files, go to do the transfer, login to your other account and it should go through.

I dont have that :(. Still doesnt allow me to link my samsung account with Microsoft accou

Ok but I don't wana delink yet I wana see if I can access whatever might be saved in that Microsoft account if I linked it toy cloud ot could be one of my old accounts..hence hey from thr first post ..I asked if is there a way to find out which account Is that

In that case then try going into your Samsung cloud , scroll down to restore data.
