Reaching out to understand if you have one year on samsung care + what all do they repair cover

-Do they replace outer body (frame) as well when damaged due to fall

-can you claim both front and back screen?

Yes i have experienced scare+ and that was amazing my s23 ultra broken very badly i go to the service center in dubai mall and they change full screen with frame back cover and battery also with in 24hr they call me back that my phone is ready..i pay 189AED for claim

I wanted to understand if accidentally front screen back screen and side frames are damaged does it get fixed in that single claim right?
