Samsung account family group

Can someone please let me know if samsung account family group is available or not in India?

I just updated my S23 Ultra to One UI 6.1. I am not seeing the option to add a family member in the samsung account.

I have the same problem here in Kuwait and I'm using s 23 ultra updated to the latest version
