Samsung Wallet not working on my phone

Hello!

My Samsung Wallet on my Galaxy S23 hasn't been working for weeks. I get an error message saying "Couldn't set Samsung Wallet verification method". I contacted the Samsung support. They couldn't help me and said I'd hear back from them via e-mail. That was three weeks ago and nothing happened.

Here's the list of things I've already tried, in no particular order:

- Clear the Samsung Wallet cache and data

- Uninstall and reinstall the app

- Restart the phone

- Update my phone's software

  • - Sign out of my Samsung account on my device, restart the phone and sign in to all apps again

- Contact the Samsung support

Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Do you have any solution? I'd greatly appreciate any help :)

If you reinstalled it from the Galaxy Store, uninstall it and download the one from the Play Store or vice versa maybe that might work 🤷🏾

I have the same problem on my s22 ultra .. Unfortunately no solution till now

Check your phone's CSC. Sometimes, depending on where you bought your phone from the CSC might be set to a region that doesn't support Samsung Wallet.

South African CSC is XFA.

A friend of mine solved this issue by doing a factory reset . Thanks Samsung for ignoring us

My S22+ is having the same issue. It stopped working and nothing works to fix it.
