Samsung Service Team lost my phone

Please refer to the email chain where I sent my phone to Samsung for repair in October 2023 (uploaded evidence for reference). They misplaced my phone and have not responded to my emails in the previous 1.5 months. I need reason for my phone because everyone is stealing it, and as a brand, never expected Samsung to behave that cheaply. How did they close the issue mentioned without handing me my phone? I need my phone, and when I bought it, it cost INR 78,000, which is a lot of money.

Every time I share an email they tell me that your email has reached the highest Escalation and expert team who gives no response and closed my issue like a coward. Not sure how many more customers they have done this. Give me the justification on why was this closed.

then clearly file an FIR but don't go alone in station as you know in India law enforcement hardly care unless few exceptions
