This evening, we received theOne UI 6.1.1 update inIndia, after which I was curious about some major changes.

1. They provided 96KHz and UHD support for the Buds3 Pro. Just after the purchase, I found the Buds3 Pro to be slightly ahead in sound and bass quality than previous Samsung Buds. However, after UHD was enabled, they were far ahead of all the previous buds that Samsung offered.

2. Samsung fixed the zoom-in and zoom-out glitch in the camera section with this update.

3. Samsung S24 Ultra sound quality has been enhanced, and sound profiles have been renamed. It no longer sounds muffled in any sound profile, and even the custom sound profile sounds good now.

4. Animations and transitions are much smoother than previously.

5. They removed the dark black background from the default setting and made it grayish. Believe me, it looks more pleasing to the eye in dark mode.

6. The battery felt stable and lasted a long time.

Overall, it is a commendable update. Our patience has been rewarded. Thank you, Samsung. Keep up the good work and continue to bring updates for the betterment of your products.

Bro, I just came from the office and received that update in the evening, around 5:10 PM. I checked only those aspects that a tired 9-to-5 corporate guy could. But I will answer your question tomorrow after a camera run. 🙂

No, they fixed the zoom-in and zoom-out glitch. Before zooming in and out, the camera used to switch the lens with a freezing effect, and the switches were clearly visible. However, they have now managed those aspects and added animations on the side edges that you can feel. That's a good and significant improvement from a visual standpoint. I agree that it took a long time, but at least Samsung made an effort to fix it.

The glitch is still present for nearby objects, as it was before. However, it does improve if you zoom in on distant objects. I have experienced this myself.

I don't care about all these updates, actually. My phone has been heating since the last two updates. That's what bugging me. Until these updates, my s24 ultra never heated no matter how long I used my phone.

Bro, I can share some of my experiences that I faced and found to fix these issues with Samsung.

1. Enable hidden files in the file manager and permanently delete the "config" file.
2. Turn off the device and wait for one minute.
3. Try clearing the cache partition.

That fixed my problems, maybe it would work for you. 😉
