Samsung S24 FE charger

I have problem charging my phone.when inserting usb type c cable.it only charges one side of they type c cable, and not the other side.

And also it is only slow charging.No fast or super fast charger.

I already tried other cables, charging blocks etc.

Could it be a hardware problem or software problem?

I also checked and cleaned my phones charging port

Your phone is still under warranty. Go where you bought it, they must help you with or book it for repairs. Dankie Mnr.
