The back panel of my S23 ultra is loose..I think the glue is loose.. This has happened to a phone that claims to be water resistant.. This is a very unfortunate quality issue.. This is happening to a phone that we spent about one lakh twenty five thousand rupees on. This is a very bad experience with Samsung..

I have also done this and now i don't worry about opening the back panel

I also have same issue of back panel

But after doing the Full 360 protection it is not opening 😃

Bro phone almost brought in 2 yrs .. i did coverage for 1 yr all gone now . So we cannot get more coverage after 1 yr.

I understand how frustrating this must be, especially considering the premium price of the Galaxy S23 Ultra. A loose back panel is definitely not expected in a flagship device, and I sincerely apologize for this experience.

Since the device is designed to be water-resistant, a loose panel can compromise its protection. I recommend visiting an authorized Samsung service center as soon as possible to have it properly assessed and repaired. If your device is still under warranty, Samsung should be able to fix this issue without additional charges.
