The selfie video call on s23 ultra 3rd party apps like whatsapp facebook etc is super bad when it is in low light conditions, there is this smoothening applied on face, looks like a very bad filter is applied. The video is blurr hazy and smooth also if there are any obstacles that comes between the face and screen, the smoothening effect goes, then again comes back when full face is revealed. Is it just for me or others with s23 ultra are also facing this?
@samsung please look into this ASAP, ruins the entire experience inspite of paying a lot of this phone.
It's the same for me. If you just have your face in the frame in low light, it will add some filter and make is very blurry. If you back up and take majority of the background in, it fixes it. It weird that the s23 is not able to cope with it.

* Clear the camera lens with a microfiber cloth or a cleaning wipe. Gently remove the fingerprint, dirt, and dust from the camera lens.
* Reset camera settings Camera > Settings > Reset settings > Reset.

Went to the service center, they also verified that the device is proper. No damage or anything. Issue is with the 3rd party apps. Hopefully we should get an updated for this blurr filter video call issue. @samsung please do look into this.
