Pre-ordered Samsung S23 Phantom Black on 15th February 2023
Got delivered on 25th February 2023

I skined my phone to protect it.
Today is 6th March 2023, and the phone started shedding colour from its bezel.

Such low quality wasn't expected from Samsung.

See for yourself

Contact Samsung India and ask them to change the device or offer a solution.

If they do not listen, file a case in the District Consumer Court.

Do update about your case here.

Thanks.

Did you just call 1915? Or go to the consumer forum of your district?

Don't lose hope my friend.

If you do it other people would benefit from it.

Don't do it for the money because the mental harassment that is here in your case is already well above an average consumer faces.

Do it for what is right.

Escalate it to the higher ups and wait. I do understand the agony buddy.

Keep escalating it and consult a good lawyer for a Civil and Criminal case both.

When you win the case you can charge them for all the money spent on the legal hassle and harassment plus double or triple the cost of the device that you have. The last one is decided by the court and it usually is satisfactory.

File the complaints only after your complaint is not resolved at a CXO level at Samsung India or Korea.

Use Twitter & LinkedIn as well.

Also, keep all the invoices, proofs with you. For example their mail reply.

Don't worry buddy,
where there is bad; there is good always.

I'm happy to inform you that after escalating the issue through the National Consumer Helpline (1915) and having multiple interactions with Samsung's Customer Care executives from the Escalation Desk, my S23 has been replaced by Samsung. However, I would like to bring to your attention that a labor charge of ₹83 was levied by the Service Center.
