Galaxy SIt just shut down when I tried to open Snapchat, and now it keeps restarting, showing the 'Samsung Galaxy secured by Knox' screen briefly before repeating. I don't know what's happening or what to do. I tried everything with the buttons for recovery mode, but it just keeps continuing.
Simply, I tried using the volume down button with the power button to force a shutdown, but it doesn't work. It just keeps looping—turns off, vibrates, the logo appears, and it repeats the cycle.
Also, a few hours earlier, the phone restarted by itself, and it said 'UI 6.1 optimizing 100%', than classic restart after update, the phone continued to work normally until this moment.
And after looking for answers on web about this problem, its funny what ive found. I can not actually believe, this premium phone is going to turn off just because of update? Are you serious? Is this the way you want to get people to buy new phones? I am sorry but this funny and frivolous for samsung. And nobody from officials said nothing.
