Galaxy SWent to a local repair shop and the guy turned on my phone for free! He said that there are some issues with the battery when it discharges fully.
But as far as I know, my battery is perfectly fine and the phone also charges till 100 percent, it's just that after a discharge, the display doesn't go beyond the logo screen which is really frustrating! Guess changing the battery pack is my only choice. What do you think?

Galaxy SAnd yes, it's anyway better to keep the battery always above 15 percent at least. I usually keep it between 20 and 85 most of the times. So don't know whether my phone have this issue of turning on after full discharge.
