It's ashamed to inform that samsung customer service are telling,they are not having parts for S21ULTRA 5G which is there latest flagship.service req no-4324698299. It's been 9 days &they are telling we don't have stock.
 Second reason they are showing logistic delay but mysteriously all logistics are working,i had received my 2 amazon products just today itself.just thinking how poor their service experience.
Reason to put service centre is- 
 I was simply using my phone and suddenly it got blackout.i can feel the vibration but no display.
Just think while you are paying 1 lakh rupees and your phone suddenly stopped working.
I have been using samsung flagship phones from past 5 years but this time i may have to shift of other brand,rather than wasting 1 lakh over this type of manufacturing defected phone's & their delay service time.Service request Number-4324698299. Model No-Samsung S21 Ultra 5g Exynos indian version.Already submitted phone to service centre on 17/05/2021. Kindly fix it quickly.
 I want to aware guys those who are using or planning for s21ultra have look into this matter and decide.

Even with stock it will be dispotining to see ur new device repaired which costs such high value....Samsung loosing their flagship customers

Don't accept the device without complete check as their service centers have habit of bluffing...once you take it u have to manage....Samsung customer care is not in India....
