Samsung S21 FE 5G with JioTrue 5G

Dear all, As i have talked with samsung supervisor, they told me that S21 FE 5G would support JioTrue5G as Samsung has already rolled out update for SA as well NSA network followed by October Month. Everything is fine from Samsung Side. For non receiving Jio Welcome offer, Jio is itself responsible. 

Second thing :- In MyJio app it is showing Your number is on a non 5G device is for marketing purpose, Jio has confirmed. In every city, Jio has confirmed that they have lauched 5G. But not in entire city. They are expanding it to the every area of that particular city. So all we have to do is wait for Jio Welcome Offer.

I'm in Mumbai jio 5g network active heare but my s21 fe not support jio 5g. I contact Samsung and jio both but they blame each other.

It would take some time. After that i will receive a call from Jio headoffice.

Just received a call from Jio Head Office. They informed me that their team is working on it. Soon S21 FE users get the resolution regarding the same. Also confirmed that problem is from Jio side only.
