Samsung S20 FE over the horizon notification starts playing randomly

The notification just starts playing randomly, tried to update software it keeps doing it. Who else has this experience

I haven't seen that so have u update your apps at playstore ?

Yes it happend after the Ui4 update

Maybe it's a notification reminder? Does it ring when you have notifications that you don't look at for long periods of time or just at any time?

Hi LindaL, please perform a soft reset of your device.

 

Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.

 

*The device may take a screenshot, however, keep holding the buttons for a few more seconds. This is a soft reset and will not factory reset your phone.

Hi LindaL, kindly backup your data and reset your phone to factory.

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Accounts and backup
4. Select Backup.

You can also backup and update using Samsung Smart switch. Herewith Smart switch link:

Install the program on your computer and connect your phone to your computer using an Original Samsung cable and follow the prompts.

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select General Management.
4. Select Reset.
5. Select Factory data Reset.
6. Tap Reset.
