My young brother's A51, has received a12 one UI 4.1, here in Zambia, but my A71 still hasn't whn i check update. I got him the A51 from UK some two months ago, my A71 is international version duo SIM but I got it from USA

Your device will surely get the update once the USA model gets its update regardless of where you are based

I'm in Zambia 🇿🇲, using Samsung A71....still at android 11

What country code is your device? I realized that there is no specific country code for Zambia on s10+

Am using A71, i got it from USA, but it is a dual SIM

Mine is USA as well. That in it self could be the reason why you can't get OTA updates
