Samsung Running a scam along with Cashify and Blue Dart

I purchased Galaxy S24 Ultra from Samsung Shop app with instant exchange offer. I generated the exchange code through Cashify Diagnose app after successfully completing all tests. However, the delivery person could not successfully scan the code due to an issue with Cashify/Samsung systems. Next delivery attempt also resulted in the same issue.

 I registered a complaint with Samsung customer care. Since then, I have been trying to get an update on the status and expected resolution of my issue. But every time I ask for an update, Samsung customer care team gives me the same vague answer that they have forwarded the complaint to the respective team. There is no update or resolution for more than 10 days now with hous of phone call and numerous mails.
 
I requested to speak with the supervisor and he said I was not present to take the order. Even the Blue Dart guys say the phone will be delivered next day, every day.

So in summary, Samsung took money from me, and many other with pre order amount and not delivering phones.
 
Also what's the use of customer support if all of them have the same line for every issues"we will get back to you in 24 hours"😂

Thought of using Android than using iPhone, but I have realised it's all **bleep** promises.

Got the resolution from Samsung..

Samsung canceled S24 ultra without any prior notification. 

Now the offer is gone and if I want to purchase I have to pay extra.

So all those call to customer care, Blue dart all in vain.

As I told it's a Good scam from Samsung. Keep it up.👍

I ordered s24 ultra through samsung store and exchanged my s23 with cashify. Didn't face any issue

I have also exchanged my S22 Ultra through the Samsung shop without encountering any issues, and the transaction was smooth.
Incidentally, I have pre-ordered the Samsung S24 Ultra from both the online and offline stores as a contingency plan in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

Samsung closed multiple queries which I had raised by saying the order is cancelled.

Now the offer is gone and if I want to purchase I have to pay extra.

So all those call, Email to customer care, Blue dart all in vain.

As I told it's a Good scam from Samsung. Keep it up.👍

Same problem with me as well , delivery agent not able to scan QR code generated by cashify and deny to deliver product. After so many complaint I resigester case in consumer forum.

Complicity with blue dart... They delayed my order.. yet to receive... Very pathetic courier and syndicated Samsung...
