Galaxy SI purchased Galaxy S24 Ultra from Samsung Shop app with instant exchange offer. I generated the exchange code through Cashify Diagnose app after successfully completing all tests. However, the delivery person could not successfully scan the code due to an issue with Cashify/Samsung systems. Next delivery attempt also resulted in the same issue.
So in summary, Samsung took money from me, and many other with pre order amount and not delivering phones.
Thought of using Android than using iPhone, but I have realised it's all **bleep** promises.

Galaxy SGot the resolution from Samsung..
Samsung canceled S24 ultra without any prior notification.
Now the offer is gone and if I want to purchase I have to pay extra.
So all those call to customer care, Blue dart all in vain.
As I told it's a Good scam from Samsung. Keep it up.👍

Galaxy SIncidentally, I have pre-ordered the Samsung S24 Ultra from both the online and offline stores as a contingency plan in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

Samsung closed multiple queries which I had raised by saying the order is cancelled.
Now the offer is gone and if I want to purchase I have to pay extra.
So all those call, Email to customer care, Blue dart all in vain.
As I told it's a Good scam from Samsung. Keep it up.👍

Galaxy SSame problem with me as well , delivery agent not able to scan QR code generated by cashify and deny to deliver product. After so many complaint I resigester case in consumer forum.
