Samsung Quick share(Link Sharing) Issue

I have been Reporting this issue to samsung for more than 4,5 Years now. 
The quickshare(Link Sharing formerly ) stops uploading file fo no reason. It's just afraid of something it seems. It will stop uploading even if the phone's temperature is cold. No network usage is happening, 
In all this time i have changed phones npw on S23 Ultra. Nothing seems to work. No matter the situation you put it into if it wants to pause it will pause and will only start to upload whenever it wants to. Right now i have a file 2Gigs uploading for 2 Hours now and It's stuck on upload paused waiting for network for half an hour now.

I am preety sure there will be a customer support's reply to this post telling me a solution like resetting phone, visiting service center, resetting app preferences which is just stupid and absurd in my opinion. I have not just done all that i have even changed phones 4 times now and It's not fixed yet they say reset the app/phone/app preferences.
Update - Samsung has also removed any way to access to clear data of quick share connectivity app which handles the Link sharing. There are two apps quick share and Quick share connectivity You can no longer access any of them in apps section in settings.

Please share the device log file within 15 minutes of the issue occurrence by using the error report option via the Samsung Member application. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
