While company claims that they'll provide 7 years of official update support to some recent devices. But are they deliberately halting older flagship OS updates?
If this is the case I would love to explain my point of view to Samsung that, you might earn some extra money on new device sell while holding older device software update, but in long run this will damage your brand image.
Now days people have less patience and this kind of marketing gimmikc is very dangerous. Once your customer lost faith you just cannot regain it!
