Samsung Notes High battery drain and Background usage

I have S23ultra and Tab s8. In both devices Samsung Notes uses around 10% per hour. It has high background usage of 5-7 hours. How to limit this. Have anyone solved these issues

Turn of sync with Samsung cloud and one drive.

It's a program, it always trying to connect network. Once the network is available it starts syncing. Try to turn off and then check

When any of my apps run in the background for long hours, I receive notifications & it says to put the app into deep sleep. I do as it says & the app stops running in the background.

But for Samsung notes there is no option to put it in sleep

But it has on my phone. Go to settings -> battery & device care -> battery -> background usage limits -> deep sleeping apps -> add samsung notes on the list.

See the screenshot. Just clock add sleeping apps. From there u can add apps that u want to make it sleep
