Hi this on the S Series, im using an S21 my brother and my father has the s22, S10 and note 20 respectively and its the same issue, and so i'm assuming this issue is present on all series except the fold series(Fold members can comment on it)

Apologies about my last response. I was a but confused with this image but I get what you mean now. You can't really get rid of the bar at the bottom because it has functions there that you can add. However, you can remove the status bar and use that space by going into setting > type: full screen in split screen > toggle on.Screenshot_20220813-112406_Settings.jpg

Hi, no I just want the keyboard to be moved downwards so that we have sufficient content area to work with in the bottom half of the split screen

That's what I was saying, it's not a thing because you need space for specific functions at the bottom. You could always change your keyboard to Gboard since the Samsung one seems to have a thicker bar than the one I have Screenshot_20220813-111939_Chrome.jpg

Yeah it's very simple and the reason why I say it's a samsung keyboard things is cause if you use Google keboard , the keyboard is much lower and gives Abit more content area to work with.especially also if you use the number pad...if you use the number pad while using the S keyboard you will only see 10%-15% of the content area in the bottom half of split screen.

Why don't you switch to get a little more at the bottom?
