Do you use any health devices like smartwatch? Maybe that's why. Try resetting the app by clearing data

Nothing wrong with this.
I paired galaxy fit 3 with it, so I'm using this apps with allowed all permission. U can force this apps to deep sleep or simply uninstall; if u don't need uts service.
