this might not be helpful but clear cache and data for camera and try again once. also use could try interactive tests. back up and reset if none works. Even if reset doesn't work goto Samsung store.


use *#0*# in dialer to test fingerprint and camera.

Hi there,


Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:

For camera issue:

1- Camera > Settings of camera > Reset of camera settings.
2- Settings > apps > tap on 3 dots > show system apps > camera > storage > clear cache and clear data.
3- Stop the background running app (Tap on the left soft key and close all the running apps).
For fingerprint issue
1- Run the device in Safe mode and reconfigure the fingerprint.

2- Make sure to use the central fingerprint parts evenly when you register or scan fingerprint, so that all portions of fingerprint, including the center and corners have been fully scanned.

For further mentioned issue, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report/ask questions).
