Unfortunately, I am experiencing battery issues with my device. The main issue is:

Even after the battery is fully charged, it discharges very quickly.
The device becomes abnormally hot during the charging process.
The battery level sometimes drops suddenly or shuts down.
Charging is not complete or is slow despite using the official charger.

I have already tried some common solutions such as software updates, clearing cache, and closing background apps, but I have not found a solution to the problem.

If it's covered by Samsung Care, it would be best to have it diagnosed.

Some people turn on GPS, NFC,BLUETHOOTH, WIFI, DATA, ALWAYS AND all time, then surely battery will drain very fast, also using Facebook Instagram Snapchat, all social media and notifications turned on... all running like hell... if u use social media u get money use all notification or else turned off... turned off background data consumption too... or else mobile will death from 6 yrs to 1 yrs...

Identify and limit the background activity of apps consuming excessive battery.

Adjust Screen Brightness:

Lower your screen brightness or enable Adaptive brightness to allow the device to adjust brightness based on ambient lighting.
Review Location Services:

Go to Settings > Biometrics and security > Location > Improve accuracy.
Disable features like Wi-Fi scanning and Bluetooth scanning if not needed.

Update Software:

Ensure your device is running the latest software version. Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install.

Factory Reset (if needed):

If the issue persists, consider performing a factory reset. Make sure to back up your data before proceeding.

If the issue continues after following these steps, please let us know so we can explore further options.
