Samsung Galaxy S22 + purchase on Samsung Shop

I was ordering Samsung Galaxy S22 plus (8Gb + 246Gb) from samsung shop. There was an instant cashback of 10,000 Rs with HDFC credit card and when I continued with my order, I got Otp for payment request of 73,000 Rs which is the price mentioned without cashback. How I can proceed ?

You can't proceed, because the card you are using may be HDFC Regalia which is not up for offer is what I heard from customer care

Great, I just contacted the customer care and they said that we cannot use any other offer with Bank cashback. I'm now getting just the 10,000 Rs cashback and not the 2K benefit.
