Dear S20 Ultra Users,

Do we have fingerprint issue in this mobile.? Or is it I alone facing this issue.?

FP scanner is not even able to detect my fingerprint.

But while configuring the FP, it is 100% fine which is accepting very smoothly.

I am using a normal clear screen guard which is smoothly accessible.

Please suggest me to resolve this issue.

This is only due to screen guard

But you can use screen guard of thickness 0.001 mm otherwise in display finger print senser won't work
