I have a samsung galaxy S10 lite and recently I received a google play update and after restarting the phone, it asked me to enter the pin and I tried entering the pin but it's not accepting the pin although the pin is correct and the 'OK' button after entering the pin kind of has a faded colour as such when something is disabled. Before entering the pin also the 'OK' button has the same disabled kind of view. I then tried force restarting the phone, then also the same problem is occuring. Also, I tried to enter the safe mode, but there also it's asking for the pin and the same problem is occuring. I have attached below the screenshot for the same. Please if someone could suggest me a way out, it would be of great help.

Thank you for your help. The issue has been resolved. It was happening due to work related security issues.

Hi there,

I am now experiencing the exact same issue on my phone after my work required me to install a secured email application. Would you be able to share what was the security issue on your device that had to be fixed please?

Thanks in advance!
