Samsung Dex connecting issues on S24 ultra

My S24 Ultra not able to connect to my Samsung Smart TV. It's shows connecting and after sometime disappears.

My old Samsung Galaxy note plus easily connected but Samsung Galaxy S24Ultra never connects. 

 Any assistance..?

Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:

1. Ensure that both your phone and your Smart TV are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
2. Restart Devices
3. Update Software
4. Restart Smart TV
5. Ensure that there are no physical obstructions or interference between your phone and the Smart TV that could disrupt the connection.
6. Confirm that your Smart TV supports support Dex
7. Try Different Connection Methods

Yes, my TV supports Dex and smart view because I used my old device Samsung Galaxy note 10 plus and S9 plus and working fine. I 'm an old user of these features. I am a tech person and I did everything. Only facing issue with my S24 Ultra

Facing the same issue with me s24.

My sister has s10 and it works perfect. Dex with cable  works fine, but with wifi, I'm  getting error connection

Just reproduce the error one more time and send error logs to samsung
