I am using Samsung since last 10 years my first phone was Samsung Guru then I shifted to Samsung J series then to M series and I was too satisfied with the service of samsung. I used to Advertise for Samsung in earlier days for the Best Customer Service. I always told my friends to continue usingSamsung and also told many to shift to Samsung. Then I shifted to S series later on. As I was already happy to use Samsung I started making Samsung Ecoaystem by buying Watch,Tab S series, Galaxy Buds. I already have done this, it was going smooth and was happy about samsung Ecosystem too.
Then you brought UI 6.0 for the devices.firstly you make the hell of the samsung ecosystem
The Auto-Hotspot, Auto shift from one device to other(for buds), easy connection for Bluetooth(I can't literally connect my two device to each other which are in same company). This is really Hell of It
While AI, which was brought to S series is also not working well, some of the features are inaccessible due to age policy(I am already a veryfied user of google). Their are too many more complaints that can't be either Ignore too.
I started connecting to Samsung Executive by Whatsapp, Phone Calls, literally with the Samsung Community no respone. Many of my request are pending in the Activity of Samsung Community. While I already posted too many article on the same. But no result from Samsung side. They always tells me to wait for next update, this is my sixth update in My mobile, while 3 update in my tab, Watch and Buds has been updated 2 times after the UI 6.0
I don't know the Sasmung get worse after the UI 6.0 or after purchasing my S series
If Samsung can't give Premium services to Premium then you should not advertise for people to Buy Sasmung products or should tell their customer to shift to premium products
I want this post to reach many peoples so that they too must get to know about Samsung.
