There's a huge difference between A33 and iPhone 13 pro Series. A33 is a midrange phone and iPhone 13 is flagship phone. You cant say don't buy Samsung because you've had issues with A33. Before you go to iPhone 13 pro I will highlight a few issues for you to consider with screen shots.

There is an option to mute all the sounds on Samsung and if you enable that option, no sound will come out of the phone even if you increase the volume. You will have to disable that option first.
That's what I'm suspecting you did.
