I just recently bought an S21 Ultra and the simcard manager under settings is not showing, I did some research and was asked to contact my Carrier Service Provider but when I contacted them they couldn't fix the problem leaving them telling me that my phone had a problem some how. So how can this be fixed.

You bought a network locked phone and so they won't give you access to the sim manager. You'll find that you won't be able to add an esim to that phone because it's esim is locked only to a Korean network usually. What you need to do is flash a new firmware to that phone

So is it possible to flash my 21 Ultra with a firmware of any region, and if so, which firmware would you recommend me to use that would help me get access to Simcard Manager.

Yes. Any region would be fine. I would recommend South Africa(XFA, XFE), Egypt(EGY) and if you want faster software updates use EUX, EUY which is Europe.

Hi, I wanted to ask something. Besides the option of flashing a new flash file, what about changing my CSC and install a CSC of another region using SamFW Tool since it does not remove my data. Does this option work of changing my CSC?
