It's been less than one year and my Samsung S10 plus has shown signs of hardware issues. One day, all of a sudden, the sim card stopped working. This same sim card is working fine when I use it in another devices. The message appears "SIM CARD CRASH". I don't know what does it mean and the online portals haven't been on much help either. Request if the problem can be resolved.
2. Check network operator settings Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators > Select automatically > OK > Registered on network.
Note: We recommend to set device network operators as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.
3. Check device in Safe Mode. 1. Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears. 2. Press and hold the power off icon. To exit safe mode just restart your device.

The problem was with the sim card and it is a learning for all. In case you are facing such an issue, the sim card meshes get corrupted with continuous usage. Therefore, please get this checked with your respective service operators.
