S9 plus not updating

Hi, 

My samsung s9 plus software is not getting updated. It is stuck at dec 2018 update.

I have tried trying to update manually also but not working.

Please be informed that One UI 2 with Android 10 update is released in the month of Junuary 2020 for the device S9+. Any update regarding information will be notified in the Samsung Members app under the notice section. You can also check for updates manually by using these given steps: Update device software (If available) : Settings > Software update > Download and install.

Note: Please ensure that your mobile device has enough storage space at the time of update.

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).

It seems that my phone is stuck in one ui beta phase... Can someone please help me get out of it? I have tried a factory reset also n it does not work
