S9+ is overheating and cpu overloading

My s9+ is overheating and I am receiving this message that “Some apps or processes are overloading the system ( CPU) and must restart”

What could be the reason?

For my F23 it is some biometric processess which is culprit behind battery drain. Because this processes are constantly running in background whole day and night and device does not go into deep sleep.
