S8 touch sensitivity settings

Recently switched from apple to samsung and buyer of s8 and s9 for me and my wife.Extremely dissatisfied and frustrated with s8 not having 'touch sensitivity' option even though s9 has it, with both having similar curved display and there are no good screen protectors out there. Its not a premium feature that requires updated hardware, may i ask whats stopping samsung from such a small update

Before purchasing a curved screen you should have researched a bit on screen protector availability 😂😂

No touch sentivity issues.

i fully agree... the only drawback if curved screen is that no good screen protector is available

you may get some expensive stuff from Spigen but even that doesn't go with back cover

Agree- difficult to make a perfect screen protector for curved display, But my question to SAMSUNG is, given these issues why s8 setting does not have option to increase touch sensitivity( glove mode) which s9 has. Can someone from Samsung Tech please reply!

Well, the nearest samsung store keep telling that samsung does not sell or advise screen protectors for s8, what do you recommend then

use screen saver .... simple ... like i do .....use any back case on tht no issues at all

i applied buff guard (rubber screen protector) on both the sides of the phone for full body protection. Clearly no issues at all and it has seriously protected my phone in accidents. i am very satisfied! it costs me around 200 in my nearest shop. the only problem it had was it used to peel off from the corners after 2 to 3 weeks because of the curved nature of the phone. otherwise, it's fantastic
