Hi guys! I've got a little problem with my s8+ since the last uptdate came out. Sometimes, like 2 times per day, when i'm not using it and that the screen is on "always display" mode, the phone reboot itself without any intervention from me. It makes 2 months now and it hasn't happenned so much during the last 3 weeks. However it's a little bug i would like to fix... Do you guys have any solution?

Please don't tell me to reset it with the factory mode, i've done it because i have some serious scanners problems but it hadn't changed anything... and i have already delete all the cache memory.

Thank you

Hey there,

Can you please contact our call center on 800 7267864 and request Remote Management to help you with your issue as there could be apps causing the auto shutdown.

Thank you
