bro because google does not want to give more updates for other OEM oneplus is exempted because of their oxygen os the oxygen os not much twisted as one ui or other ui so oneplus get 3rd major update where as one ui experience ui or any other like mini ui etc are twisted android unlike oxygen os that's why

oxygen os is android version certified from Google and all updates of one plus is also certified it means the update problem is with samsung google has nothing to do with it
