Dear samsung team, i am facing problem with my phone it frequently shows adds of other apps which are even not installed on the phone, problem is occuring after OOs upgrade. also consuming so much battery even phone is kept on idle. while phone is put on charging it automatically goes to internet and opens a malicious websites. kindly help to resolve this issue. it is so irratating to use phone like this.same behaviour also observed in J7 model. thanks
