During video calling on wats app.This error comes and opponent is not able to listen my voice.I am unable to type msg by voice too.What should i do?629e5189-7a41-4b13-a080-7943fb7bc775.jpg

- Navigate to Apps >> Samsung members >> Diagnostic >> Hardware test >> MIC.
- If you are facing MIC issue only in particular app and during the normal phone MIC is fine then please do reset your device on factory mode after removing device account and taking the data backup Via Smart switch.
- If still issue persists, we would suggest you to visit nearby Samsung Service Centre in order to get your device physically inspected by the Service Engineer. Please find service centre details in the link provided -http://www.samsung.com/in/support/servicelocation
