Samsung, best in displays, Do you bother to improve sound enhancement software in next update!!!

I had s2/s3/s5/S6 and now S7 edge which has Worst quality/Harsh Sound/Loud Only and very bad bass response even on my Sony XB90ex. The highs are very sharp seems to hurt ears instead of being pleasant!!
I have ZTE Axon 7 Mini it's lot cleaner but has low volume on earphones.

Yesterday, I listened to my friend's Xperia Z5(DSEE HX/AHO), i was amazed with its very balanced with no harsh sound, good bass response and velvety sound with good instrument separation.
Sony is undisputed king of sound quality (and HTC 10 has powerful Audio) with its HiRes capability and decent working audio enhancement features.

S7 Soundalive is a shit, any change other than normal further ruins audio and UHQ upscaler is another piece of shit that adds hiss.
Lots of useless settings in soundalive which ruins audio quality.

I felt God what the hell i have spent 50k on this worst sounding device.

No, I bought it from USA for $216 Inc. Tax.
All sims are working (JIO VoLTE is not working but Internet is working)
Has Excellent sound quality on external speakers but not good on earphones (Very Low Volume/not satisfactory audio quality)

Thanks for sharing your concern with Samsung! Samsung Galaxy device comes with a music player that is loaded with exciting features that makes music listening a good experience. One of the features that enhance the music played is Sound Alive. It’s a set of pre-programmed sound equalizers that allows the user to listen to a song in different environments:

Few key features of this application:

● It has 14 pre-programmed sound equalizers that can be enabled with a touch of your finger.
● It has an Auto mode that selects an environment for the music file played on its own.
● It integrated within the music player making it easier to access.
Also, the relevant department may serve you better/speedily, if you can provide logs/video by registering this feedback in Error Section (Samsung Members App -> Feedback -> Questions/Errors -> Create -> Error reports).
