S7 edge freeze issue

my s7 edge freeze suddenly on app and refuse to reboot or turn off after 2 hour it reboot and worked again , please advice me what is the issue with my s7 edge ? since it is new and i don't want to replace it with other phone.

try check with the shop u buy from if it is under warranty replace it with another S7

Hi, what you can do first is to run the s7 edge in safe mode and see if the phone still freezes. If it doesn't freeze then an app is causing your issue.

mine had the same problem n the service center replaced the main motherboard after that no hangs
