My S7 edge gets overheated at times. It's not only when I play heavy games but also when I'm just surfing through the net. The core temperature reaches up to 51-52°C. Has anyone experienced the same ?
And is there any fix for it ?1e6fd41a-0823-4cf7-a7be-e32bde9b48e0.jpg

1st of all s7 dont have temperature sensor to measure such things. It is just software and without sensor how these sofrwares shows you temperature.

Thanks for being with Samsung and sharing your concern. The relevant department may serve you better/speedily, if you can provide logs/video by registering this feedback in Error Section (Samsung Members App -> Feedback -> Questions/Errors -> Create -> Error reports).

he is right, almost all high end phones in India have temperature sensor. that's how they detect that the phone is overheated. mostly when you shoot 4k videos.

It's not accessible to users but yes they have.
