S25 ultra,, which version should be buy international version or middle east?

I am planning to buy s25 ultra in dubai ,, I am staying dubai right now ,, which version I should buy ,,, international version or middle east version ?? What is the difference between these two version ,,, please select which version to be suitable ...

Middleast version doesn't have call recording option bcoz Am using it..International version may be..
