It's a major update reset factory data with backup then try to it's again. If you like please accept it's as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

Don't do this it will make no difference after factory reset you have to login each and every app be it google account banking apps Instagram whatsapp and many more plus backup file to download on your phone it is time consuming and in the end it's a futile exercise
