S25 ultra not connecting to 5g network on both Airtel and Jio.
Settings set to 5g preferred.
5g network is available in the area.
Network settings was reset.
Anybody else facing similar issue?

Is it an old sim or a new sim? Older sim often do not offer 5G connections.

Both are 5g sims, working on my s22 ultra
Also put jio e sim on this one
And airtel is physical

The problem is not with the SIM but with the phone as far as I can understand. If none of these solves your issue, then get your device checked in the service centre.

From where did you buy the device? Is it from an experience store, a normal samsung showroom or a third party retail outlet?
