I pre-ordered the S25 Ultra Titanium Gray 512GB on January 23rd (In exchange of my S23 Ultra), the very first day of the official announcement. My order moved to "Confirmed" the same day, and the delivery was scheduled for February 8th.

Now, over 15 days later, my order status is still stuck at "Confirmed", with no updates. I’ve reached out to Samsung Expert Support multiple times, but they haven’t provided any clear information—just the usual response: "You'll get an update once it's shipped."

Is anyone else experiencing the same delay?

Yes my order again s25 plus exchange for s24 plus full amount complete but 8th फ़रवरी ko mera order rejected kar diya gaya ye samsung ki bahut purani bimari hai 💔
