S25 Ultra Camera Glitch / Lagging

Hi, I have a unique problem that I never had with any phone in the past. My phone camera is lagging, freezing glitches everything I use it. If I am recording a video, it skips frames, I f want to use in 3rd party apps, it stops responding or image processing is lagging and delayed. In WhatsApp for example, I am not even able to take a picture directly as it tries to open camera and then says camera failed.

I have tried several tricks and tweaks but nothing works. The only time it works (for short period) is that when I clear the data in Camera app from app settings and later returns to the same problem.

Try clearing the cache of the Camera App by navigating to Settings > Apps > Select Camera App > Tap Storage > Clear Cache.

Then, Open Camera and select Settings, select Reset settings, tap Reset to reset the Camera app.

Additionally, attempt to reboot the phone using a soft reboot or force restart. You can force restart by pressing and holding the Volume Down and Power keys for 7 to 10 seconds.

If the issue persists, try running Safe Mode on your phone by following these steps:
1. Power off the phone.
2. Power on the phone; when the Galaxy logo displays, press and hold the Volume Down button.
3. 'Safe Mode' will appear in the bottom left corner of the screen.
4. To exit Safe Mode, simply restart the phone. Upon reboot, it will no longer be in Safe Mode.

If the problem persists after trying these steps, please send an error report, and you will get a response from the experts in this field, through the Samsung Members application

1-Launch the Samsung Members application on your device.
2-Go to "Support", scroll down, and select "Send Feedback".
3-Select Send error report
4-Select the appropriate category for your issue.
5-Make sure to select "Send System Log Data" to facilitate quick resolution. Please describe your issue in detail.
6-Adjust the frequency settings to your preference.
7-After submitting, you will receive a notification of the response from Samsung shortly.
