Yes, it is hardware error. There are several comolaints from customer in Nepal. I Samsung Service Cemter (fortunately my sevice is under warranty) and they changed sensors. I never had any problem with my any model of flagship devices. This is the first time that I have to go to Service Center. My phone is now opened to repair. My resale value is reduced. I sufferred while taking photos.
I demand that: Samsung aknowledge the problem formally. Wirhdraw S25 and allow customer to provide subsidy to purchase S26 Ultra.
